These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pagebehavior.com and the Page Behavior SEO audit service (the "Service"), operated by YouPage LLC, doing business as Page Behavior ("Page Behavior", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get around usage limits is not allowed.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Service only to audit websites you own, manage or have permission to analyze. Do not use it to overload, attack, scrape at abusive rates or probe third-party systems, to break the law, or to resell the Service without our written consent. We may limit or suspend accounts that put the Service or others at risk.
3. Free service and usage limits
Page Behavior is free. There are no paid plans, no trials and we never ask for card details. To keep the Service fast and fair for everyone, each account has usage limits, such as the number of audits per month and how long audit history is kept. Current limits are shown in your account. We may adjust limits to protect the Service, and we will show any change in your account.
4. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the URLs, reports and data you bring into the Service. You give us a limited license to process that content only to run and improve the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Audit results
Audits are automated, point-in-time analyses provided for information only. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or any specific outcome, and results may differ from those of search engines or other tools.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising, which may be shown inside your account dashboard.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which YouPage LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
